Every room and every surface was altered or updated in this existing home in Santa Fe's Historic Downtown & Eastside district. As such it was subject to all of the historic Review Board's strict requirements, presentations, and approvals. Every detail & design decision was meticulously thought out. In addition, to retaining its historic character, the entire home was brought up to current codes and standards. The result is a museum quality example of traditional Santa Fe style with beautifully integrated modern conveniences. (This project was done in conjunction with IDS)
