The new owner of The Palace Restaurant was interested in remodeling the existing space and taking it back to the orignal historic look that it had
always had as an established fixture in Santa Fe. After many years of neglect and poorly conceived alterations, one of Santa Fe's most popular bar and restaurants has been brought back to life by Kinsey Construction.

The exceptional team that was able to recreate this historic ambiance with a fresh update was the owner David Bigby, The architect Marc Naktin, and Kinsey Construction as the General Contractor. The restaurant was completed on time and on budget and met all City and State requirements & codes, as well as the Historic Design Review regulations.

The finished restaurant has been extremely sucessful and drawn praise from the local community and many publications.
